You were abandon across the street from my house. You came to my house and I ran you off. But you came back. I am so ld tell you were a real good boy. Ithaca snowed the night before and I built a small or put a tarp over the top. Shoveled the snow out and put in a couple of heat lamps. We slept together for the next three nights.in our ,”camp”. A bond was formed between me and you that lasted til you passed. You were always good with the grand kids no matter what they did. You were good with other dogs. You only barked when something was wrong that I needed to see. You hated for me to go to work and was always the first to come when I got home. You came to visit me at the hospital. Made my day each time you came. There will never be another to replace you. Not even going to try. Just wait buddy we will reunite someday. Me you chubs and tater. That will be a glorious day for sure. Rest easy old friend I will be there in the blink of the eye. I can’t wait. Never forget you were loved. God sent you to me and I am grateful for that. God took you home to wait for me. I wasn’t ready, but god knows best. I can’t wait til I get to scratch you behind the ears again. You always loved that.
