Borris “Badenov” Williams passed away from this world on May 14, 2020 after being diagnosed with a liver disease.I fell in love with Borris the moment I laid eyes on him. A fluffy white bundle of joy. As a small kitten Borris and his three siblings were “kitten-napped” by the neighbors. It was said that I bore a resemblance to Ms. Sophia in the iconic corn field scene from the color purple while going to retrieve my babies. I vividly remember finding him under an old couch cushion in their backyard. His solid white fur now brown, and matted with mud. In that moment I promised him as well as myself that I would not let anyone or anything hurt him ever again. I am eternally grateful for the five years and eleven months of love and peace he provided. His favorite game was playing fetch. A trick which came naturally. No matter where the ball or toy mouse was thrown Borris would always find it. His other hobbies include napping, grooming time with his fur-brother Clyde, and spreading happiness. He was a beautiful cat and over time his fur changed to a gorgeous cream with butter scotch streaks. He never hissed or scratched unless it was bath time of course. With a purr audible enough to fill an entire room, and crossed sky blue eyes he was enough to melt any humans heart. The house is quiet now without him. Even his daily ritual of turning over the water dish will be greatly missed. Borris is survived by his human mother Cheryl Williams, his human grandmother Sharon Williams, his fur- brother Clyde Williams, and his biological brother Keegan Davis. Farewell my dear one I will never forget you. – Cheryl
